Spray Foam Loft Insulation Removal
Dry ice blasting is the best solution for removing spray foam insulation from loft spaces.
BBS were tasked with removing the insulation from a 3 bedroom semi-detached house as the owners were having difficulty selling the property. Many mortgage vendors and insurance companies are refusing mortgages and policies on houses with spray foam insulation due to the damage that can be caused to the underlying rafters and roof structure. As you can see from the before and after photos below, complete removal was achieved with absolutely no damage to the loft at all. Dry ice blasting is the only way this can be achieved.

This is the result of using dry ice blasting to remove the spray foam insulation from a commercial warehouse.
As you can see from the ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos, the removal of the insulation is total. Every piece has been removed successfully by the dry ice blasting process.
